Join Triovest, one of the largest privately-owned Canadian commercial real estate companies, as a Manager, Development Accounting, at our downtown Toronto office.
The Manager, Development Accounting, will oversee all aspects of accounting and reporting for a portfolio of assets being developed by Triovest. In addition, this position will also play a key role in supporting the budget process and managing cash flows for the various development projects, and will work closely with the construction, development, and finance teams.
The successful candidate is a Chartered Professional Accountant (or equivalent) and has five or more years of progressive development accounting experience. The ideal candidate has proficiency in IFRS, advanced skills in Excel, demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, high attention to detail and accuracy, and a commitment to creating a culture of client and customer service and engagement.
