CPA with Big 4 experience preferred

Ensure that Pantheon is in compliance with GAAP and oversee the development of technical accounting memos relating to Pantheon’s business activities

Manage day-to-day financial operations, including GL, AP, AR, and payroll.

3+ years of financial accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or service industries.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Experience with ERP implementation or system upgrades.

3-4 years of progressive accounting experience with a portion of it being in a supervisory role

Managing multiple client relationships and understanding their unique business requirements

5 years practical experience with exposure to a broad range of client tax issues

Experience working in Public Accounting

Experience in a leadership and or supervisory role

Manage Payroll for WSP staff.

Manage a client invoicing team.

Manage and lead internal financial reporting, and collaborate with other managers to contribute to external reporting.

More than three (3) years’ experience in a similar (project accounting for a project based, Contractor organization);

Act as a trusted advisor to the Controller and other management

Execute the financial management of $40M liquidity over 18-24 months including property dispositions, capital distributions, and investor communications

Oversee Cash management of multiple bank accounts, including cash forecasting and transfers

Manage the financial functions, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and analysis for two limited partnerships

Coordinate preparation of annual tax filing requirements, internally and externally prepared, including T5013s

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting position, and 2 years experience managing employees

Excellent oral and written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, strong initiative, and attention to detail
