As the Accounting Manager, your job duties will include:

Compile and present on reporting requirements

Additional ad hoc reporting projects as assigned

Overseeing annual assurance audits, tax compliance, and treasury practices to ensure credit facility adherence and optimized cash management.

Direct experience and knowledge in the construction/development industry required

Providing support for special projects/initiatives and offering ad-hoc reporting/analysis as requested by leadership

Managing and supporting the Finance team across Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Payroll, and Bookkeeper to achieve accurate and timely deliverables.

3-5 years of experience in construction/project accounting is essential

Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or Accounting

10+ years in both external audit and in-house financial management roles

Manage the monthly and quarterly general ledger close processes

Manage the Billing/Collections team, Revenue Recognition and General ledger teams

Process and detail orientation; strong quantitative skills and superior accounting skills

CPA with Big 4 experience preferred

Ensure that Pantheon is in compliance with GAAP and oversee the development of technical accounting memos relating to Pantheon’s business activities

Manage day-to-day financial operations, including GL, AP, AR, and payroll.

3+ years of financial accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or service industries.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Experience with ERP implementation or system upgrades.

Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills

Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and forecasts to the management team, highlighting key financial indicators and trends.

Collaborate with project managers and estimators to develop accurate project budgets and cost estimates.

Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and government requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional accounting designation (CPA) is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.

Prepare various reconciliations, including bank, accounts receivable, prepaid expenses, capital assets, accounts payable, and accrued liabilities.

Manage income statement schedules, with a particular focus on revenue accounts.

Offer variance analysis and commentaries on monthly and year-to-date results, comparing actuals to the budget.

3-5 years of full cycled, end to end accounting experience.

Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.

Software knowledge of Sage, ADP Workforce is highly desired.

Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) experience in a manufacturing and/or inventory management setting

Prepare entity level & consolidated financial statements and management reports

Manage the accounting team with day-to-day tasks and provide guidance and support

Support & cover for other Finance team members as and when necessary e.g.during periods of sickness or holiday

Support the Director of Finance and CFO

5+ years of full cycle accounting experience with companies with multiple subsidiaries in different jurisdictions

Ensure compliance with CEO/CFO Certification requirements

A minimum of 8 years relevant accounting/finance experience in progressively responsible positions

Actively identify and recommend areas for accounting and corporate finance policy development

Provide timely interpretation and direction on complex accounting issues in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and corporate finance policies

Undergraduate degree in a relevant area of study (Accounting, Finance, Business, etc.)

Experience working for a large national organization with significant/high volume transactions

Time Management – both personal and to manage others.

Communication and leadership with staff, customers, suppliers and bankers

Judgment and integrity in business decision making commensurate with this role

Multi-tasking and balancing multiple demands, priorities and functions.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience

Drive and manage the full accounting team performance of the close process to meet close deadlines

Possess a thorough knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

5+ years of recent relevant financial experience

Customer service oriented communication skills that allow for pleasant and beneficial interactions with all customers

Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable

Solid knowledge of inventory management in ERP systems, preference to Microsoft Dynamics

Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) experience in a manufacturing and/or inventory management setting

Support the development and maintenance of an efficient inventory management system within the organization’s ERP environment

Develop and document accounting and operational process and procedures around the inventory management and costing processes

Support the development and oversight of gross margin analytics and management reports to enable management in making data driven decisions

Provide management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting the cost and profitability of products
