Light Assembler - Afternoons

Celestica, a globally known electronics manufacturer in Newmarket, ON is looking for Afternoon Assemblers!
In this role you will be responsible to set up and calibrate mechanical assembly tools used in the assembly process. This role is a full-time position and requires the ability to work 40 hours weekly. This role also requires that you are legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

• Previous experience as an assembler will be considered an asset

• *$200 referral bonus Light Assembler Job responsibilities include:
• Perform a variety of mechanical and electronic assembly operations based on IPC and customer specifications
• Shift: Monday to Friday | 3;00 PM 11:30 PM
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, consistently bending, and being able to pull carts
• Proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required
• Able to lift, carry and maneuver material or equipment (up to 35lbs)
• Pay Rate: $19.26/hour

• Use hand tools such as screw drivers to assemble units according to product specification
• You must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada As this position involves work that is subject to the Canadian Government's Controlled Goods Program (CGP), your employment offer is conditional upon the successful completion of a security assessment by Adecco and its authorized agents, per the Controlled Goods Regulations.
