Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible to drive customer acquisition and retention strategies across a variety of marketing channels. You will work closely with our internal teams to plan and execute demand-nurture strategies for a successful multi-channel customer experience that drives true value for the business while maintaining our company's mission of delivering raving-fan service.


The Role


  • You will lead customer lifecycle strategies to support customer engagement and retention, alongside driving sales. You will monitor and report on campaign performance and optimize based on learnings. You will co-create SEO blogs, website landing pages and content to engage, retain and reactivate our target B2B customers, and optimize customer journeys to scale lifecycle processes.
  • You will contribute to improving channel KPIs by analyzing performance trends and provide improvement recommendations for customer audiences to increase ROAS.
  • You will develop data-driven rationale to drive new customer acquisitions, and test targeting strategies, channels and campaigns, in collaboration with our core team and external partners, including SEO and paid media agencies.
  • You will work closely with our local teams at 65 locations across the country, and lead retention programs across digital marketing channels, creating engaging incentives that drive customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  • You will support the evolution of personalized emails for our prospects and customers in various industries, based on industry calendars, purchase behavior, and seasonality.

  • Able to learn and implement on the fly, turn on a dime, without relying on strict corporate direction or traditional processes.
  • You are curious and analytical, continually working to learn what works and what doesn't, in your quest to optimize performance and be better.
  • Have excellent writing skills and operate with a keen eye for process and organization.
  • Always willing to do the right thing and help the team. We all roll up our sleeves and dig into the work to deliver the best results.
  • Have 3+ years of experience in a similar role/capacity.
  • You are genuinely kind and caring, and you prefer working with can-do minded people. And you have an amazing work ethic to boot!
  • You pay attention to details. Accuracy and quality matters to you.
  • Are a creative thinker who can look beyond the traditional approaches to find unique opportunities to solve big problems.
  • You are self-motivated with the ability to quickly translate creative brainstorming into user-centric experiences.
