Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Licenced Optician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for eye care and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

·Assisting patients with eyewear selection, fitting, and adjustments

·Processing and verifying optical insurance benefits

·Managing eyewear orders, inventory, and lab relations

·Collaborating with optometrists to ensure the optimal care of patients

·Educating patients on lens options, frame materials, and the latest eyewear technology

·Contributing to sales goals and always maintaining a professional appearance and attitude

Qualifications

·Valid licence to practice as an optician

·Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in optical sales or similar roles

·Strong understanding of optics, lens technologies, and frame styling

·Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills

·Attention to detail and the ability to multitask

·Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
