Bayview Boats is a fast growing company and we are looking to expand our team to find the perfect match to help this company get bigger and better. The shop can be fast-paced and being able to work safely and efficiently is important.

Responsibilities

• Properly troubleshoot welding machines
• Properly understand and use jogs
• Must e able to work independently and in a team
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Accurately take and read measurements to fabricate different components
• Adjust welding machines for proper use

Qualifications

• We are willing to train the right candidate
• Minimum 1 year GMAW Aluminum
• Minimum 1 year fabrication
• Prior manufacturing experience is an asset but not required
