Welder Technician Jobs

Royal City Industrial is a Robotic & electronic repair facility supporting customers through North America.We are actively seeking a welder technician to join our team.We will train the right candidate.We offer a flexible work environment and benefits.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate, diagnose, repair and test units during complete repair process, tracking all repairs at all stages in customized database.

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to read, write and understand English.

Read and apply OEM schematics and manuals

Use computer to research parts and manuals

Ability to use and operate tools as required including Multimeter.

Able to lift and move 50 lbs

Ability to work independently and contribute to team

Welding/Fitting Technician responsibilities include:

• Read OEM manuals and follow repair procedures
• Maintaining tools and equipment through preventative maintenance activities.
• Conduct manual/robotic weld tests
• Evaluate, diagnose, repair, clean and test welders
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Some experience with Robotic Arc Welding & with industrial robots an asset.
• Use customized database to track all work
• Troubleshoot Weld Systems and Robotic Equipment to resolve welding related issues.
• Performing other essential and related peripheral duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Recommending and implementing value added changes to processes.
• Review build components and ensure conformity to drawing specifications
• Use OEM websites to research repair procedures and parts
