Salary: $22.00-$23.00/hour


Our busy client in the Engineering & Tooling industry are looking to add production welders to their team on a full-time, long-term basis. the ideal candidate is flexible to work days or afternoon shift, but this is not a requirement.


Day Shift: Monday-Thursday 5:00AM-3:30PM


Afternoon Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:30PM-2:30AM


Overtime available on Fridays


Pay rate: $22-$23/hour to start with increases after 3-6 months


Job Details


  • Weld metal parts together using a MIG welding machine
  • Follow safety procedures and wear protective gear as required
  • Set up welding machines based on the job requirements
  • Clean and maintain work area and equipment
  • Maintain and repair welding equipment as necessary
  • Read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics to determine welding requirements
  • Monitor and adjust the welding process to ensure quality welds
  • Inspect completed welds to ensure that they meet specified standards


Requirements


  • Must have at least 1- 2 years of welding experience with MIG or TIG welding
  • Must be able to lift up to 30lbs and work independently
  • Must have reliable transportation as this role is not transit accessible
