Jr. Human Resources Assistant / Full-Time (Remote)

We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks and provide support to the Human Resources Department. The ideal candidate must be proactive, responsive, display tact and empathy, have excellent communication skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. There is currently an opening for two days a week.
Core Responsibilities
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources department
Maintain digital and electronic records of employees
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, surveys, etc)
Respond to employee requests regarding human resources issues
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
