Job Description

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual looking to start your career as an Entry-Level Administrative Support Assistant? Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and gather data to support various projects and initiatives.
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining files, records, and databases.
  • Process and track expenses, invoices, and reimbursements.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and conferences, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and catering.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or diploma in office administration is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of administrative work.
