Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate efficient workflow and seamless operations.
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of meetings, including taking meeting minutes and distributing relevant materials.
  • Assist in the preparation and editing of documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support various projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel logistics.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and suggest innovative solutions.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role is an asset, but not required.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
