Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, files, and records.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistics are in place.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports and presentations as required.
- Handle incoming communications (phone calls, emails, etc.), prioritize requests, and respond promptly when appropriate.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Assist in managing projects by coordinating tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role is an asset, but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone and email etiquette.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and take proactive measures.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while working under pressure.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
