Ful Time / Administrative Specialist (Remote)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our operations and helping us provide exceptional service to our clients. This is a remote, entry-level position based in Canada.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and organizing files, records, and documents
• Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Responding to emails, phone calls, and inquiries from clients and team members
• Creating and formatting reports, presentations, and other documents
• Assisting with research and data analysis
• Collaborating with team members on projects and initiatives
• Performing other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and other relevant software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
