Client Success Assistant / Full Time (Remote)

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate and organize client meetings, demos, and training sessions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and support throughout their journey.
• Assist clients with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and process improvements to optimize client success operations.
• Proactively monitor client accounts, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and maximize their satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service, account management, or client support is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all client interactions.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.

• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
