Are you an organized and detail-oriented person with excellent communication skills? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks at once? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a Virtual Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team and clients, working remotely from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and make travel arrangements
• Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents
• Create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and other records
• Conduct research and gather information for projects and reports
• Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and printing documents
• Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications
• Experience with online meeting and collaboration tools, such as Zoom and Google Meet
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
• High school diploma or equivalent
