Your future role on our team

Your future role on our team: By joining our team in Sept-Îles, you will be called upon to contribute to the various stages of project, from the proposal stage to supervision of the installation and the commissioning of mechanical equipment related to pumping, dust control and ventilation, for various industrial process applications such as water, tailings and sludge pumping, mine dewatering, cooling/heating networks, fuel pumping, wet and/or dry dust control systems and ventilation.

Due to our strategic positioning of proximity to our heavy industrial clients, the incumbent will have the opportunity to choose a permanent position or a temporary assignment (at least 2 years) in the Sept-Îles office followed by a return to our offices located in major centers such as Montreal. Overview Of Certifications And Job Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Member of a Canadian professional Associations (OIQ, etc.)
• Important Asset :Bilingual (English and French) both spoken and written
• Relevant experience in project management, cost estimates, drafting technical reports and troubleshooting
• Good knowledge of one or more of the following fields: pumping, piping, stress analysis, dust collection, conveyors and other mining process equipment
• Relevant field experience and proactivity in health and safety
• Asset: Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, AFT Fathom, Ansys and MS Office
• Asset: Experience with multidisciplinary work (civil, electrical and automation)
• Asset: ASP Construction card
• Experience in mechanical engineering in the industrial or mining sectors
• More than 3 years of experience
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite and other applications, databases and interfaces
