The ideal candidate will support design of mechanical aspects for standard and engineered recycling industrial equipment.
Responsibilities :
1.Prepare SolidWorks 30 model, 20 drawings and BOM with regards to standard manufacturing processes.
2.Analyze PNID's to create 3D model within customer and industry constraints.
3.Perform SolidWorks routing and Simulation.
4.Maintain SolidWorks parts and routing libraries by following proper procedures.
5.Design piping and structures with application of industry standards and supply.
6.Manage equipment designs based on calculations and practical considerations.
7.Support source and quoting for mechanical components.
8.Work with other disciplines to ensure the necessary details related to the systems are fully coordinated.
9.Support in-progress fabrication in workshop and on site.
10.Supervise site installation of process systems.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years hand on experience in SolidWorks
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 2-5 years' of industry experience
- Good knowledge of mechanical parts and industrial equipment design
