We are looking for you to join our Administration team!
We are looking for an Administrator extraordinaire to join our South East Edmonton family! If you have 5 years previous experience issuing PO's,, data entry of invoices and love a variety of ad hoc projects, this may be the fit for you!
Duties include, but not limited to:
  • Responsible for Alberta’s Oil Collection Claims validating the billing admins organization/tracking/data entry using manage dockets, agency previews, processing tackers, with high attention to detail.
  • Responsible for Alberta’s Plastic Collection Claims preparing Agency Collector Form, validating back up provided, closing out direct billing to processor, making any audit adjustments and submitting.
  • Responsible for Alberta’s Filter Collection Claims validating the billing admins organization/tracking/data entry using manage dockets, agency previews, processing tackers, with high attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Industrial Waste Management or Transportation.
