The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a QA/QC Admin to join our team in Leduc, AB. Reporting to the Director, QA/QC, the successful candidate will be accountable for reviewing turnover documentation, updating project databases and drawings, and reviewing quality databases and achieving the required outcomes.

The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a QA/QC Admin to join our team in Leduc, AB. Reporting to the Director, QA/QC, the successful candidate will be accountable for reviewing turnover documentation, updating project databases and drawings, and reviewing quality databases and achieving the required outcomes.
Additionally, the successful candidate will:
- Enter data into the Acorn drafting program, using Google Sheets
- Organize and file shop drawings and reports
- Adopt and incorporate quality methods into their work
- Revise piping drawings in Acorn to reflect the layouts
- Assist Parts and Materials Controller with receiving paperwork
- Communication with the QA/QC team and external clients in a professional manner
- Track and log project documentation
- Ensure ongoing compliance with local, national and international standards & legislation
In this role, the successful candidate will have:
- Relevant diploma or degree is an asset
- Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to constantly shift priorities as operational demands change
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Minimum 1 year of data entry experience is an asset
- Ability to review numerous types of documentation for errors, discrepancies and missing information
- Experience with Google G-Suite, Acorn Piping software, and Bluebeam is an asset
