Job Description
You're a motivated self-starter who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. You've got an exemplary work ethic, with the ability to prioritize and produce high quality results. We are looking for an Insurance & Risk Administrator to support the team with all aspects associated with risk and insurance management.


Your contributions to the team include:


  • Work with insurance brokers to obtain certificates of insurance as requested.
  • Perform audits of seasonal logs from regional teams ensuring risk compliance
  • Create monthly and quarterly reports for the Risk Manager’s review.
  • Maintain relationships with industry experts to monitor trends and news in the insurance market.
  • Analyze claims data and assist with documentation of incidents.
  • Tracking progress of current and future projects, attending internal meetings with key stakeholders
  • Provide premium and financial information to finance department.
  • Collect claim and incident information from stakeholders.
  • Utilize internal software to track and monitor internal work orders
  • Assist with the administration of the property and auto insurance portfolio.


What you need to be successful:


  • Understanding of property, liability, and automobile insurance
  • Strong customer service, communication skills, and relationship building skills
  • Self-driven and highly motivated
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and ERP systems
  • Minimum one year's experience in the insurance industry
  • Strong analytic, problem solving and decision-making abilities
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
