Focus Bear is an app designed to prevent burnout. Our app focuses on improving work-life balance, providing break reminders and blocking distractions. As we continue to develop our app, we are seeking the feedback of advisory HR professionals to help us ensure that it is tailored to the specific needs of organizations. This is an unpaid, volunteer role. We are looking for a minimum time commitment of 1hr per month to review our system and provide feedback.

Responsibilities:

• Provide insights on what features would be most helpful to organizations striving to support work life balance.
• Review the current design and approach of our app and provide feedback on how we can improve it to better prevent burnout.
• Offer guidance on how to ensure that our app is user-friendly and accessible for all employees.

Qualifications:

• Experience as an HR professional with knowledge of best practices for preventing burnout
• Familiarity with workplace accommodations and strategies to improve work-life balance for employees.
