Responsibilities of Account Receivable Specialist:

·Accurately affirm accounts receivable collection, performing skilled data entry and invoicing

·Provide accurate admin support on company projects

·Account reconciliation and responsibility for accounts receivable

·Produce reports upon weekly accounts receivable

·Flexibility to adhere to all relevant tasks within the department

Qualifications of Account Receivable Specialist:

·3+ years experience in a similar role

·Cegep diploma – preferably in accounting

·Advanced in Microsoft Excel

·Bilingual French & English

·Must have knowledge of VLOOKUP

·Ability to learn new software systems and manipulate data for insights

·Positive outlook with the ability to adjust quickly to change

·Detail-orientated

·Knowledge of ACCPAC accounting software is considered an asset
