About the Role:
The Housing Manager will lead the procurement of real estate-based prizing for markets served out of the Toronto Hub. The Housing Manager will work closely with the Program Managers, Project Managers, Program Coordinators and external vendors.
We are looking to fill this position in our Toronto, Ontario location and will be a hybrid of remote and in the office work.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Understand housing procurement best practise and how to work within the due diligence requirements for each client
- Work across markets to review and improve contract terms on behalf of our clients
- Note travel will be necessary in this role
- Collaborate with internal teams on strategy and marketing materials
- Outline a process for real estate selection that can be used across the organization
- Document and improve SOA’s models for housing procurement ie. RFP, Sole Source, etc.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate level skills with MS Office
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in business or related discipline
- 3+ years of work experience related to housing initiatives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
