Housing Administration and Tenant Relations Responsibilities:

Manage all employee housing room allocations & movements with the support of management and employee housing team.

Assist with coordination between employees and housing team members for move in and move out inspections as directed by management.

Proficient in all aspects of the Microsoft Suite, with an advanced knowledge of Word and Excel

Understand housing procurement best practise and how to work within the due diligence requirements for each client

Intermediate level skills with MS Office

Strong verbal and written communication skills

3+ years of work experience related to housing initiatives

Outline a process for real estate selection that can be used across the organization

Document and improve SOA’s models for housing procurement ie. RFP, Sole Source, etc.
