The Role

Beyond Cloud Consulting is looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team. As a Business Analyst in our Graduate Fellowship program, you will complete an intensive 12-week Analyst Development program. The program teaches the fundamentals of a consulting career within the NetSuite ecosystem. After the initial 12 weeks, our world-class training fellowship takes you from a graduate to a professionally certified NetSuite consultant in 24 months. You’ll be working on meaningful business transformations and reaping the benefits of all the exposure while working into a market-leading salary. You’ll also be collaborating with industry experts, and training to achieve long-term and short-term goals at a workplace that cares about your work-life balance.

During this program you will:

• Have a great experience and the opportunity to grow your industry/technical expertise and leadership skills towards becoming a consultant with the firm
• Work directly with Clients under mentorship of a Lead Consultant from your very first day on the team
• Complete self-service training using cloud learning resources. This will help you to familiarize yourself with the NetSuite product and to achieve NetSuite certifications
• Complete analysis and data cleansing, and completeCSV Imports for various entities in Oracle NetSuite
• Implement best-practice methodologies for customers to improve and scale their business processes
• Participate in consulting skills workshops related to BCC’s methodology and practices
• Lead process areas for NetSuite configurations and walkthroughs
• Analyze complex requirements and be responsible for documenting, implementing, testing, training, converting data, and/or supporting Clients on an ongoing basis after implementation

Qualifications

• Understanding of basic Accounting principles
• Eagerness to develop into a consultant and leader by developing new skills, systems, and disciplines
• Being a team player, ensuring to meet project deadlines
• Familiarity with Excel
• Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new things
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or equivalent
