Responsibilities:

- Coordinate virtual meetings, webinars, and conference calls, including scheduling, sending invitations, and managing technical aspects.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Provide general administrative support such as drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and handling data entry tasks.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Cisco Webex.
- Proactive and resourceful mindset, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using virtual office tools and software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in completing tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
- Prior experience in a remote work environment is a plus, but not required.
