Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Administrative Assistants. If you are organized, proactive, and have excellent communication skills, this opportunity is perfect for you. This is a remote position, based in Canada, offering a flexible work schedule to accommodate your needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Maintain and update databases and filing systems to ensure efficient record-keeping.
  • Assist with organizing meetings, conferences, and events, both virtually and in-person.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes.
  • Provide general administrative support, such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and formatting consistency.
  • Undertake special projects and assignments as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or diploma in office administration is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in English.
  • Previous administrative or office support experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
