Ful Time / Virtual Account Manager (Remote)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Virtual Account Manager. As a Virtual Account Manager, you will work remotely from your home office to support our clients by managing their accounts and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers the opportunity to develop skills in account management, customer service, and business development.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with other team members to provide exceptional customer service
• Prepare and present reports on account performance to clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities
