This role would be 100% Capital Maintenance - Operations Support. Looking for someone to analyze and provide management information for STO Capital maintenance.

Length: 1 year

Pay: 25/hr

Hybrid: Once training is complete, work from home Wednesdays and Fridays!

Some Requirements that are nice to Have:

• Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or Accounting focus
• General knowledge of Oracle, SAP, Excel, and Powerpoint
• System/Excel-based analytical experience
• Knowledge of business operations

What The Job Entails:

• Develop and maintain relationships with Operations teams, Project managers, STO Operations and Maintenance Engineering, Asset Management, STO Planning, Finance, Accounts Payable, and Supply Chain
• Support Capital maintenance day-to-day issues such as AFE and SAP project creation, release, and TECO processes, spend report generation, creation of journal entries, generate SRO’s, initiate Work Orders
• Responsible for C55 forecast, outlook, and budget preparation and update
• Monitor and track execution metrics
• Work directly with the STO Planning team to build efficiency and effectiveness between the planning and execution of Capital Maintenance plans
• Provide Ad Hoc reporting and analysis support to the STO management team, regulatory reporting and analysis, and strategic business opportunities
• Track and analyze STO Capital Maintenance spending to support the STO management team
