Fully participate in the preparation of annual sales budget and monthly sales forecast

6 years of proven experience as a Finance Analyst

6 years of solid experience working in Reconciliations with P & S, reconciliations, and researching fails

6 years of hands-on experience with Advanced Excel – able to pull data and perform analysis

Experience in analysis and reporting

Detail oriented, and analytical with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

Previous banking experience or experience in a financial institution

Prepare and present reports and dashboards on utilizations and costs to internal stakeholders, such as senior management, underwriting, and actuarial teams

Highly motivated, detailed-oriented complete problem solver, with an ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in accounting, finance, business, or related field

Experienced in Microsoft suite of products

Work experience as a financial analyst or in a related field

High-level written and verbal communication skills

Post-Secondary Education, either University Degree (specializing in Finance or Accounting) or College Diploma (specializing in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Advanced/Superior Excel skills; Intermediate PowerPoint)

Previous experience preparing or reviewing financial statements Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience required.

Experience with real estate, especially multi-residential and development

Good working knowledge in GL accounts. Solid experience in preparation of monthly journal entries under tight month-end deadlines.

Advanced user proficiency with computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite, spreadsheet/modeling skills, and any other related financial software

Prepare and post required month-end journal entries with adequate clear support for approval by the Finance Manager

Contribute to driving performance management processes that incorporate performance reporting and analysis and competitive benchmarking
