Reporting to the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, the Financial Analyst – FP&A is responsible for working closely with KORE’s FP&A team and Global stakeholders to ensure all budgeting, forecasting and analytics are best practice.


Responsibilities Of This Role Include


Management Reporting & Systems(s)


  • Ensure integrity of data in models and reports, while thinking about new and innovative ways to make existing reports more efficient and effective.
  • Deliver analysis and recommendations to enhance productivity, accelerate growth, improve processes, and identify new key metrics.
  • Produce month-end commentary and analysis on key drivers for topline performance, risks and opportunities, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Proactively provide timely, insightful, actionable, and accurate, financial reporting, analysis, and recommendations to key areas in the organization.
  • Provide support to the FP&A team's strategic priorities and initiatives, including assistance with the evaluation, selection, implementation, and ownership of automated reporting, budgeting, and forecasting tool(s)
  • Build models to measure the impact of past business cases, assess the feasibility of new ideas/deals, and support decision-making.
  • Ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required.
  • Assist in the management of FP&A reporting and planning tools.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reporting and analyses to support monthly business reviews (MBRs) and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)


Operational Planning & Forecasting


  • Support the process for developing forecasts, budgets and long-term plans based on trends, sales and marketing input and interaction with cross-functional business partners.
  • Providing evidence on SOX requirements as needed.
  • Managing FP&A central database which forms the foundation of all KORE management reporting (customer groupings, account mapping, etc.).
  • Assist in the preparation of organization wide AOP (Annual Operating Plan) budget and quarterly forecasts cross functionally by working with FP&A leadership across North America and Europe stakeholders.
  • Creating SOPs on all reporting requirements.
  • Identify and execute process improvement initiatives to improve the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.
  • Assist with preparing the forecast and budget process by creating budget workbooks for FP&A business partners within Adaptive Insights.


Skills, Qualifications And Requirements


  • Commercially minded and resilient in changing business environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Customer Service focused.
  • High Proficiency in Excel
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant, progressive business experience in forecasting and reporting analytics, including ability to effectively complete quantitative analysis.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, problem-solve and prioritize without compromising details to accuracy or work deadlines.
  • Self-starter and action oriented – present ideas and directions that enable others to act.
  • A natural curiosity for detailed data that also leads to providing innovative insight that results in better processes for everyone that we work with.
  • Understanding of accounting principles (US GAAP).
