With exposure to senior leadership and mentorship, you'll get to take on responsibilities in loan funding, servicing, and financial reporting while adhering to our high standards of accuracy and control.

Responsibilities

• Help in the review and enhancement of accounting policies and procedures.
• Perform monthly postings, reconciliations, and manage posting for full and partial repayments/discharges.
• Assist with the annual testing of the Business Continuity Disaster Recovery Plan.
• Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting.
• Manage loan data in the mortgage servicing system accurately and promptly.
• Contribute to management and regulatory reporting through data analysis.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry or related.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Advanced Excel.
• Business or Accounting Degree or equivalent experience; CPA or progressing toward CPA.
• Experience with accounting & loan servicing software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
