Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.

Efficiently manage the loan pipeline.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or related field.

Experience in banking or financial services.

In-depth knowledge of commercial loan products and Canadian financial documents.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Contribute to management and regulatory reporting through data analysis.

Manage loan data in the mortgage servicing system accurately and promptly.

Perform monthly postings, reconciliations, and manage posting for full and partial repayments/discharges.

Excellent numerical, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Experience with accounting & loan servicing software.

Business or Accounting Degree or equivalent experience; CPA or progressing toward CPA.

Knowledge management – Ensuring that key information and learning generated from each commission is inputted into internal databases and shared.

Assist commission manager ensuring commissions are managed to the right quality standards and are completed efficiently and on time

Assist commission manager ensuring service delivery on commissions is in line with the conditions of appointment

+3 years of relevant experience

Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages

Assisting in research related to construction market conditions throughout Canada, including analysis of official published data

Demonstrated experience includes knowledge of the following:

Provide business solutions (while working with internal and external stakeholders) to analyze requirements and gaps and define/implement solutions as needed.

Stay current with new technologies, tools or applications and acquire new skills required to cater to changing demands.

10+ years’ experience supporting Debt Services.

Extensive experience in Loan Administration, with an understanding of Loan specific complexities, Asset maintenance and Lifecycle events

Exceptional communication skills to deliver information to diverse clients, stakeholders, and personnel at all levels within an organization.

High School diploma, plus 1 year of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Motivated mentality, strong sense of urgency, and comfortable voicing ideas on how to improve processes.

12 month contract + possible extensions or convert to perm

- Experience dispersing money via direct transfer, wire transfers, SWIFT, or other methods

- Knowledge and understanding of the business unit's products and services, processes, and controls

- Knowledge of standard desktop applications and department systems and applications

- Strong communication skills both written and verbal

- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks

- Experience working in a banking or enterprise-level financial institution

Education, certification and designation requirements:

Manage and monitor accounts requiring special handling – Special Loans Accounts/Daily Cash Sweep Accounts/Construction- Real Estate accounts

Knowledge of lending products, rate-setting methods and payment methods

Strong organizational and problem solving skills; detail oriented

Excellent written and oral communication skills
