Field Sales (Outside Sales) Representative

Excellon Resources, a leading mining company, is seeking a motivated and experienced Field Sales (Outside Sales) Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will collaborate with the internal sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and growth in sales revenue. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and have a proven track record of sales success.
Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, delivering high-quality customer service.
• Collaborate with the internal sales team to ensure consistency in company messaging and brand awareness.
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and pipeline updates to the internal sales team.
• Provide market insights and feedback to assist with the development of sales strategies and plans.
• Meet and exceed set sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for securing new clients.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• Willingness to travel to various locations for client meetings and industry events.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the mining or resources industry.
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
