Job description
Auxita is a secure digital platform that works across a number of therapeutic areas to support enrollment into Patient Support Programs, and the complete digitization of the prior authorization processes, with the goal of helping Health Care Providers and clinics, save time, reduce errors and alleviate administrative burden.

The Role:
Auxita is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Executive Vice President to join our team and play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our organization. As an Executive Vice President, you will have a key focus on strategy, innovation, regulatory compliance, and business development. This is a senior leadership position that requires a proven track record of leadership and expertise in the pharmaceutical industry, with an emphasis on patient support programs.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Provide visionary leadership in identifying new opportunities, industry trends, and potential risks to drive organizational growth and success.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company's strategic plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Assess market dynamics, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements to inform strategic decision-making.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Monitor changes in regulations and proactively address potential risks or challenges.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, legal counsel, and regulatory bodies to develop and maintain compliance programs and processes.
- Stay updated on pharmaceutical industry regulations, including patient support program guidelines, and ensure the organization's compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Business Development:
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, patient advocacy groups, and regulatory bodies.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals, drive collaboration, and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to a team of professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring their professional growth and development.
- Promote a culture of accountability, integrity, and teamwork throughout the organization.
Job requirements
- Extensive experience in patient support programs and a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proven track record of executive leadership and success in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, driving business growth and profitability.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
