Job Description
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity within a dynamic railway company? Are you an organized, versatile professional capable of providing high-level support to senior executives? If so, we have the perfect position for you!
We are a railway company based in Ville Saint-Laurent, Montreal, and we are currently looking for a talented Executive Assistant to join our team. and support the President. We offer a dynamic work environment, growth opportunities, and a competitive salary of between $70,000 and $80,000 per year.
Permanent position
Located in Montreal
Salary offered 70k-80k plus 5% annual bonus
Benefits from day 1 and RRSP match up to 6%
3 weeks vacation

:Responsibilities:
Effectively manage the agenda of senior managers, arranging meetings, appointments and travel.
Prepare and edit professional correspondence, reports and presentations.
Coordinate corporate events, conferences and meetings ensuring that all logistical aspects are taken care of.
Ensure clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide administrative support, including handling phone calls, managing mail and maintaining documentation.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational, time management and task prioritization skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in computer tools such as MS Office.
