:Responsibilities:
Effectively manage the agenda of senior managers, arranging meetings, appointments and travel.
Prepare and edit professional correspondence, reports and presentations.
Coordinate corporate events, conferences and meetings ensuring that all logistical aspects are taken care of.
Ensure clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide administrative support, including handling phone calls, managing mail and maintaining documentation.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational, time management and task prioritization skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in computer tools such as MS Office.
