THE ROLE

Our Executive Assistant is a trusted advisor to the executive team prioritizing trust & confidentiality above all else. You will be required to handle a diverse range of responsibilities while ensuring the utmost discretion in all interactions with employees, management, and external stakeholders. To excel, you will possess meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, adept time management, concern for the exact correctness of work, and the capacity to make independent decisions when necessary.

As an Executive Assistant, you are a Specialist, you are a highly precise working, who remains skeptical while respecting authority. You are;

  • Highly precise, which a focus on high-quality work & matter-of-fact;
  • You work at a faster than average pace, while ensuring things are completed correctly.
  • Extreme precision, sometimes perfectionist with a strong follow through;
  • Driven by the understanding of rules & regulations;


WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Proven ability to develop engaging presentations and drafting executive correspondence and memos;
  • Most importantly, you will lead by example, live our values, and provide high-level administrative support to the executive team;
  • A key emphasis on building rapport and relationships and ensuring that strong long-term relationships are created while conducting yourself with a high level of discretion;
  • Be active in leading the growth of the company and enhance the overall efficiency of our business operations though a proactive approach to anticipating executive needs;
  • Impeccable judgement and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity;
  • Other duties as required.


WHAT WE REQUIRE:

  • Solid leadership skills, energy, and teaming capability; the ability to lead and motivate, share vision, inspire, and rally colleagues;
  • The emphasis is on results, and effective systems that achieve results through and with people;
  • A well-defined sense of diplomacy and business acumen;
  • Skill in analysis, problem solving, critical thinking, decision making, teamwork, communication, innovation, and adaptability;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • An academic background consisting of post secondary education, certificates, etc.;
  • Experience liaising on a board considered a strong asset;
