Job description

This position involves one primary element – researchasset creation. You will be operating on top of Blue Fire AI coreproductRiskRadar with a coverage of 7,000+ companies globally. From a responsibilityperspective:

• Research Asset Creation:You will be creating case studies on companies globally where the prowessof theinvestment framework can be show cased to both existing clients andusers at prospect institutions. (this part of therole is more akin tojunior equity research sales in a place like MS/GS)

Ideally,

• You love tellingcaptivating stories, you enjoy writing for the institutional investingprofessionals and do it well

• You have the ability tocommunicate complex ideas in an easy to understand way and synthesizefinancial andbusiness aspects of a company

Qualifications

• Seeking an analyst withfundamental research of public equities on either the buy-side or equity researchsell-side.Credit analysis experience will be a bonus.

• Preferably a generalistwho has a solid grasp of most industries and understands importantconcepts and drivers thataffect them

• Knowledge of financialstatements (Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Balance Sheet)

• Understanding offinancial instruments (Equities, Bonds)

• Knowledge of fundamentalinvesting is preferred (i.e. discounted cash flows, competitive analysis,financial statementanalysis, etc.)

• Strong business writingskills in the form of research reports and white papers
