The Environmental Administrator is responsible for leading the administrative components to support the (Strategic Account Manager) SAM role. This role necessitates that the individual display a high degree of attention to detail when it comes to quality assurance and control, to collaborate with and support the SAM, report writers, and field site supervisors to achieve targeted goals. Reporting directly to the Business Administrator Support Systems (BASS) team lead, this role will have a direct impact on GCL's business processes and customer satisfaction.
This role is anticipated to be an office services and support role.
The KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES of this role include:
- Prepare estimates Collaborate with SAM’s and DL’s for guidance on target; and
- Build enduring relationships with clients to support program expansion opportunities.
- Understand client expectations, objectives and deadlines;
- Facilitate the job validation process (JVP) for internalizing program and project workplans within the GCL Site Summary;
- Guide junior BASS members to providing assistance in tasks that are suitable to ensure high degree of quality assurance and control is maintained;
- Engage in cross training to ensure business continuity;
- Collaborate with and support SAM to ensure client deliverables are achieved;
- Have a good understanding of the environmental lifecycle and workflow of both GCL and the client;
The DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES of this role include:
- Attendance of client meetings to understand objectives and standards of siteview entries and report delivery;
- Report all opportunities for improvement to the SAM;
- Pull data for KPI’s so that GCL / Client expectations are clearly understood by all team members;
- Ensure timelines are met related to regulatory reporting and client expectations;
- Collaborate with DL’s and Operations leader to improve standardization of processes related to program workflow which all GCL staff will follow to ensure consistent results (eg. Communicate client expectations to Operations Mgr and DL’s);
- Have a strong understanding of all SOPs as it relates to client and project management of activities as required to support GCL efficiently.
- Updating siteview with DSA, Rec App/AOR targets;
- Supporting SAM to prepare AFE Estimates and complete Job Validation Process (JVP)
- Updating program status, identifying issues with schedule and budget;
- Management of siteview entries, tracking the spend to budget and notifying the SAM of total spend;
- Administer Siteview / Reporting summaries to ensure accuracy and completeness;
