E-Learning Developer/Instructional Designer

Overview:

Our client, an established SaaS organization focused on delivering business analytics and custom dashboards to major international clients is in need of a skilled e-learning developer/instructional designer experienced with Articulate 360. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining e-learning courses that are SCORM compliant and meet the specific needs of our clients. They should be comfortable working in a team environment and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

This is initially a 6-month contract potentially with opportunities to extend and/or convert to permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with the instructional design team to develop e-learning courses using Articulate 360

• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during course development or delivery
• Assist with project planning and timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met
• Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure courses are functioning properly and meeting client expectations
• Stay up-to-date with the latest e-learning trends, technologies, and techniques
• Create engaging and interactive course content that is SCORM compliant and compatible with multiple learning management systems

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• At least 3 years of experience developing e-learning courses using Articulate 360
• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, computer science, or related field
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• While not required, it would be highly beneficial for candidates to have a link to an eLearning portfolio and provide course samples of their best work. We are specifically seeking a Storyline developer.
• Strong understanding of SCORM and other e-learning standards
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and learning content management systems (LCMS) is a plus
