Directory Coordinator - Sault Ste. Marie, On

Village Media is currently hiring a dedicated and motivated Directory Coordinator to assist our team with building thousands of directory listings for businesses across our network.

This position supports the sales team and ad operations across Village Media’s network of local news and information websites by creating directory listings for our business clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize various types of business listings
• Work with graphic designers to create various design assets
• Connect with clients on how they can leverage their business listing, and help support any inquiries or changes they may have
• Create and manage business user accounts
• Perform other duties and projects as directed by senior management

Qualifications

• Highly organized with superior attention to detail
• Capable of working independently as well as with a team
• Proficient with computer programs
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, written, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Customer focus and high level of professionalism

This fixed term contract will be from September to December 2023 (4 months). The hours of work are between 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Hours will be assigned weekly and will fluctuate from week to week.
