5 – 7 years experience preferably in a managerial role within the technical / industrial service environment

Strong technical knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems

Crane experience considered an asset

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsible for the daily functions of the servicing department

Developing contracts and policies as needed

Processing certification applications and proposals

Completing certification forms and records

Scheduling certification and auditing activities

Working within designated timelines and certification procedures

Establish and maintain credibility regarding certification matters
