Job Description
IKON Complete Inc. is a Recruitment & Search Firm specializing in identifying, & sourcing top performers for our clientele. Our clients include industry leading organizations who partner with us to be an extension of their HR & Recruitment function.



Position: Service Manager


Location: Hamilton, ON


Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 Yearly


Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial Service / Manager


Employment Term: Full Time / Permanent


Roles & Responsibilities


  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Identify any issues that affect performance and take corrective actions as needed
  • Responsible for the daily functions of the servicing department
  • Developing contracts and policies as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Training and developing the team and ensuring they follow all established regulations


Qualifications & Experience


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • 5 – 7 years experience preferably in a managerial role within the technical / industrial service environment
  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent with focus on industrial machinery
  • Crane experience considered an asset
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems
