Director Of Internal System

About NetEase

We are NetEase Games, one of the most successful video game publishers in Asia. We are expanding into the North American (NA) and European (EU) markets and need a Director of Internal Systems (Products?) to support all of NetEase’s internal system, leading mission critical, multidisciplinary Internal System projects as well as communicating and collaborating with the executive team. Influence, shape and define NetEase’s current and future enterprise systems.

The Role

• You will be involved with all internal systems development, requiring the ability to efficiently manage multiple technical projects simultaneously; lead IS strategic planning as well as day-to-day project management.
• Work across all levels of the organization up to NetEase’s Executive team; combining your engineering expertise, program/project management skills, and passion for leading complex solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop excellent relationships with business owners throughout NetEase.
• Act as implementation lead for certain projects, being the person responsible for the creation of solutions, including integration of third-party technology, coordination with internal and external development teams, and modification of existing systems.
• Lead development of program and project management processes to assess, plan, propose, qualify, prioritize, implement, adopt, replace, and retire technical solutions.
• Be the point of contact for enterprise projects that span multiple business units including but not limited to Finance/Legal/HR/Procurement/Accounting/Art Production/Project Management Office and etc.
• Perform current state analysis of existing business systems, applications, and functions.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills, whether presenting to senior leadership or to a smaller audience
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field.
• 8 or more years of proven leadership and management experience specifically focused on Information Technology for Internal Systems.
• Demonstrated ability and passion for leading and developing high-performing teams.
