Title:Director of DevOps

Our client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Director of DevOps to join their team. This leading financial firm, based in the Los Angeles area, needs someone to manage their DevOps team and ensure the smooth functioning of their cloud infrastructure. They are seeking a candidate with strong experience in AWS, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes, as well as a background in leadership.

Salary:

Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this position, with a range of $220,000 to $300,000 total compensation, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the DevOps team and ensure timely project completion within budget.
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous integration, continuous delivery, and infrastructure automation.
• Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization through implementation of improvements.
• Work closely with software development teams to ensure efficient code deployment.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and high availability of their cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with AWS, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent team management and collaboration skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in DevOps, with 3 years of leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
