We are growing!This Director of Clinical Services position is a full time (forty hours per week) Monday to Friday role with some overtime as required.The role is a hybrid one, working onsite in our downtown Toronto office 20% of the time with some additional onsite client meetings and conference travel required.
We are looking for a regulated health professional (OT, PT, Kin, Chiro, OHN) with five years' experience with Ontario SABS and tort assessment work.
Range of pay is $80,000-$120,000/annum. You must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Experience, Education and Aptitudes Required
Healthcare professional i.e. Kinesiologist, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Occupational Health Nurse, or Chiropractor
Registered with provincial association or College
5+ years in an assessment and treatment environment with exposure to medical legal and insurer assessments
Strong familiarity with Ontario Statutory Accident Benefit legislation and language
Experience influencing, training and managing healthcare professionals
Exposure to litigated and non-litigated case types including those referred by lawyers, insurers, employers and governmental agencies
Experience conducting file reviews and preparing assessment plans on multiple claim types including motor vehicle insurer, property and casualty insurer, life and health (disability) insurer, claims
Experience connecting with and persuading stakeholders using commitment and consistency, consensus and social proof, authority and liking
Ability to familiarize self with provincial and federal rules and legislation
Ability to think critically and strategically
Typical Day to Day Activities
Liaise with varying customers and clients to triage files and referrals to develop appropriate assessment plans
Conduct review of files to determine appropriate assessment direction
Develop and maintain rapport and relationships across all stakeholders including staff, clients,medical and healthcare professionals, funders, and legal teams
Identify, recruit, onboard, and train medical assessors to conduct assessments
Develop and provide education, training, and support to internal staff and managers
Provide technical and clinical subject matter expertise to internal teams and to help drive strategic and operational decisions
Conduct quality assurance reviews on reports
Provide reporting on key performance indicators and metrics
Work Location:
Work from home 50% position
Ability to attend to the Toronto downtown Integra office 20% of the time (1 day per week)
Ability to attend in person client and assessor meetings and conferences 10% of the time (2 days per month, which may require Canada-wide travel.)
