Job Description


Clinical Support Clerk or Documentation Clerk

This position is for our Guildwood Home, located in Scarborough, Ont.


What You’ll Be Doing


  • Communicates pertinent information to staff, residents, visitors, etc.
  • Maintain files/records such as current and/or discharged resident files, inservice attendance records, etc. Processed orders or requisitions, book resident appointments, etc.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures for department regarding fire, infection control, safety and quality assurance.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
  • Maintain the inventory levels of nursing supplies, forms and equipment.
  • Participate in facility meetings as assigned. Attends inservice education programs.

  • Provide a clear Adult Abuse and Criminal record Check
  • Excellent organization skills, multi-tasking ability, and self-motivation
  • Administrative skills, typing and filing. Computer skills required.
  • Ability to work safely, following established safety practices and procedures.
