Requirements

Requirements:

• Superpowers in Leadership: You have a proven track record of leading and inspiring care teams, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within seniors care.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Youre a master of communication, able to connect with seniors, families, and colleagues with ease.
• Heart of Gold: Your compassion for seniors is undeniable, and you bring empathy and kindness to every interaction.
• Laughter Ninja: You know how to create a fun and engaging environment where laughter is the best medicine.

Qualifications:

• A degree in nursing, along with a current registration with the appropriate regulatory body. Three (3) years leadership experience preferably within a long-term care setting. Must love seniors!
