Job Title: Digital Marketing Summer Intern

Location: Toronto

Job Type: Internship (16 weeks)

We are a fast-growing Fintech startup based in Toronto that enables renters to pay their rent through card and earn rewards. We are looking for a creative and ambitious Digital Marketing Summer Intern to join our team for a 16-week internship. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with our founders and lead content creation efforts, while gaining valuable experience in the Fintech industry.

Responsibilities:

• Producing short-form video content for our website, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.
• Designing graphics and visual elements to be used in our content creation efforts.
• Leading the creation of engaging written content for our blog, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
• Editing videos to produce high-quality content for our website and social media channels.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer service, to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Conducting market research to identify trends and insights in the Fintech industry and applying them to our marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the Fintech industry and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
• Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media and email marketing.
• Proven experience creating engaging short-form video content.
• An interest in working directly with the founders and leading content creation efforts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an excellent attention to detail.
• Currently enrolled in a relevant program, such as Marketing, Communications, or Film Production.
